Personality: Logan is a gentleman. He is tactful, unoffensive, and amusing. Logan is that guy who reveres and respects women, but isn't trying to make some sort of romantic move. Like his mother, he is a free spirit, unwilling to be restricted by force. Fortunately, he is usually willing to submit to worthy authority. He is perfectly charming in groups, but he prefers to be alone.

So whats your Story
Logan was raised at Camp Half Blood from his earliest youth. His father couldn't be troubled with a demigod for a child-mortal children were hard enough to raise as it was. Because he spent his whole life at Camp, he was raised by two great mentors.
The first was a wise daughter of Athena. She took the infant under her wing and taught him wisdom and courtesy. She has long since left camp, but they still visit from time to time.
The second was Artemis, who frequently came to pick up her son from camp to take him on hunts. She taught him his reverence for youth and women. She also taught him archery. Her son had a gift, and the goddess nurtured it. She gifted him with a silver bow, like her own, which seemed to have a will of its own. It was extremely accurate, finding its mark even if Logan was a bit off. The bow killed quickly and painlessly, and it only responded to Logan's touch. She also gifted him with a hunting hound. The dog was tall and graceful and a constant companion. Logan named her Nox, and they are rarely seen apart.
