Personality: Bellatrix is really defined by what she thinks those around her want to see. She needs confirmation from others. Since she hangs with the other Ares kids, she is often a violent, snarky, bully. Bellatrix is a rebel. She doesn't really have loyalties, she just wants to be respected and feared. Bellatrix enjoys spreading discord and pestering those she views as weak. She's not book smart, but she's street smart. She's tall for her age, and an imposing figure and character if you cross her. Bellatrix detests weakness in herself and others.

So whats your Story
Bellatrix's mother, Holly, was raped by Ares when she was only seventeen. He revealed himself as a god to the young woman before he defiled her. Holly later married a good man, Rob Hayes, and had one son with him, Chris (Chris is six years younger than Bellatrix).
Bellatrix grew up hearing about her mother's rape. But to Bella alone did her mother confide the fact that it was the god Ares who had raped her. Thinking her mother crazy, Bella pulled away from her family. At school, kids knew about what had happened to her mother, and Bellatrix never felt like their equal. She resented the circumstances of her birth and the easy family life that came so easily to Holly, Rob, and Chris. She resented her father, whoever he was, and she desired above all else, to be respected.
When Bellatrix found out the truth, when someone from Camp finally contacted her, she completely abandoned her family to reach camp as soon as possible. This all happened when she was nine. Even though she's found out that her mother wasn't crazy, that it was all true, Bellatrix sttill detests her mom. "She could have gotten away. If she was stronger. If she wasn't so weak."
At camp, Bellatrix found that people often shorted her name to Bella. This made Bellatrix cringe. The name sounded weak, cute. Bellatrix meant warrior, it was threatening. There was a world of difference between the two. To end the use of "Bella" Bellatrix began to demand that she was called Enya. Only her closest friends call her Bellatrix. Now, everyone knows her as Enya, and most people don't even know her real name.
