Welcome to the 40th Hunger Games. We celebrate this year the 40th celebration of
the Capitol taking control of Panem. We honor our new president, President Snow,
as this is the first Hunger Games he will preside over. Two tributes will be taken
from the twelve remaining districts, brought to the Capitol for the customary
celebrations then onto the Hunger Games. Say your goodbyes, kiss your loved
ones, for you may return a hero.
The only rule of the Hunger Games is to...
