Overall: Cora's caring and kind personality is easily seen at first glance. She has blonde hair that she normally keeps cut to her shoulders where it is normally let down in loose waves. Cora's olive green eyes are always filled with understanding and her pale skin finishes her fragile appearance. One look at her hands, however, reveal that she is not one to sit around and avoid work. Cora's hands are far from soft or smooth and her fingernails always have a bit of dirt lodged underneath them. The other marks that interrupt her seemingly silk skin are several scars that lay on her upper thighs. These scars are never exposed and therefore a secret.
How do you like me now
Personality: Cora is a very loyal and understanding girl. When anyone is upset, she tries to be the shoulder for them to cry on and listen to their problems. She does not judge and is very understanding. Cora wants to please everyone, but this can get her into trouble. In her attempts to make everyone happy, she can be easily manipulated and a bit of a pushover. Similarly, she hates making big decisions for fear that she might make the wrong one. To Cora, the most important thing is to make sure everyone likes you. Her worst nightmare is when someone dislikes her. Cora loves the summer months and despises the winter. She can be clumsy, but she is unrivaled in her ability to create and build things. Cora especially enjoys inventing different items although she often will trip and ruin them herself. Because she is the daughter of Hephaestus, Cora is fascinated by fire and can control it when she truly puts her mind to it. While she loves fire, Cora hates the water and refuses to go swimming for fear of drowning.

So whats your Story
History: Cora never knew what it was like to have a real family. She grew up in foster care after being left at the entrance of the police station when she was not even a year old. Cora bounced from one foster house to the next, but no matter how kind she was or friendly, she was not able to stay in one house. Cora eventually got used to the idea that she would never be adopted and spent her time focusing on more important matter such as her inventions
One of the reasons that Cora never stayed with a family long was her obsession with fire. She loved to burn candles and watch the flames dance for her. On more than one occasion, this collection of candles caused fires and would burn down houses leaving the family without a home and Cora back in foster care. Another one of her quirks that most of her almost adoptive parents were not fond of was her need to invent and her clumsy nature. The two traits combined were a recipe for disaster. If she saw that her foster family was in need of a more efficient way to do laundry, she would build a machine that could carry laundry from the different bedrooms to the washer and dryer and back. Of course, Cora then tripped over the wire causing the entire cable to snap and throw laundry, bolts, and soap everywhere.
Cora became a sort of motherly figure to the younger children in foster care. She would always be there to comfort them or help them when they needed her. Cora accepted the fact that she would live in foster care until she turned eighteen, but one school field trip changed this. When her class was on a camping trip, a strange creature attacked. Cora did not get a good look at the wild beast since she and all the other children fled. After running and running for hours, Cora realized she was completely lost. She wandered through the forest for almost two days when she finally stumbled across as strange half goat half human creature who led her a short ways to Camp Half Blood. She immediately fell in love with the Camp since it was a place where she would finally fit in. Cora has live in Camp Half Blood for almost two years.
